حذف حساب Morgap
يمكن لمستخدمي تطبيق Morgap طلب حذف حسابهم والبيانات المرتبطة به مباشرة من داخل التطبيق.
- افتح تطبيق Morgap وسجّل الدخول.
- انتقل إلى قسم الحساب.
- اختر حذف الحساب.
- اقرأ التنبيه، فعّل مربع التأكيد، ثم اضغط نعم.
يؤدي تأكيد الطلب إلى حذف الحساب والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به. قد نحتفظ مؤقتًا ببعض سجلات الطلبات أو المعاملات عندما يفرض القانون أو الالتزامات المالية أو متطلبات مكافحة الاحتيال ذلك، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها غير قابلة للتعريف عند انتهاء مدة الاحتفاظ.

Delete your Morgap account
Morgap users can request deletion of their account and associated data directly in the app.
- Open Morgap and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Read the notice, select the confirmation checkbox, and tap Yes.
Confirming the request deletes the account and associated personal information. Some order or transaction records may be retained temporarily when required by law, financial obligations, or fraud-prevention requirements, then deleted or anonymized when the retention period ends.
If you cannot access the app, request assistance on WhatsApp at +965 6584 1184. We may request limited information to verify account ownership before completing the request.
